Metro Shelter Realty Ltd Opens Sapphire Estate With Groundbreaking Ceremony

As part of its efforts aimed at creating more affordable housing solutions for Nigerian home seekers, a frontline real estate firm, Metro Shelter Realty Limited, on Saturday, opened a new Estate with a groundbreaking ceremony of Sapphire Estate.

The Estate, which is located opposite Dominion University, along Ibadan-Lagos Express way, shares proximity with Senator Rashidi Ladoja Estate and fence with Beryl Golf Estate, which is proposing to build a 2,000 capacity stadium.

Sapphire Estate is expected to accomodate about 500 units of houses with necessary infrastructures in the environment.

In his opening remark at the event, the Executive Director, Tolu Oluwo, said the firm’s goal is premised upon creating home for all, emphasizing that it will provide affordable housing and facilitate seamless home ownership for Nigerians in need of the facility.
