Canada’s Minister of Science & Innovation welcomes Favour Ori to Canada

Canadian Minister of Science and Innovation, François-Philippe Champagne has welcomed the founder of Africa’s fastest-rising fintech company, Favour Ori to Canada.

Canada’s minister of innovation and science, François-Phillippe Champagne said that he is looking forward to seeing Payday grow in Canada.

Minister François-Phillippe Champagne welcomed Payday’s Favour Ori declaring that technology will promote sustainable development in Canada and also throughout Africa.   He also praised Favour Ori’s long-term commitment to connecting Africa to the world through his cross-border payment platform, Payday while encouraging Favour Ori to consider Canada as a reliable partner to his neobank platform.

Favour Ori thanked the minister for the warm reception and for listening to his plans for Canada, favour Ori further disclosed that he is looking for a Canadian bank to make a large deposit and to start hiring people in Toronto Canada.
